Yes, you must be within a 50 mile radius of Naperville for you to be able to book.

The cooking experience is 1.5 hrs

Please allow us 1hr for proper set up.

The booking fee covers our travel expenses. The booking fee is a non-refundable $100 fee. The booking can not be applied towards the final balance.

Although we prefer cash upon completion of the Hibachi entertainment, credit cards are accepted. However, there is a 5% processing fee if paying final balance with a credit card/debit card.

Yes, a 18% tip/gratuity charge will be automatically included in your final payment due. Additional cash tip/gratuity for the Hibachi chef are also welcomed and appreciated.

No, at the time of booking you are only required to pay for your booking fee in order to reserve your date. We will follow up with an email with your protein choices. Protein choices must be submitted no later than 3 days before event date.

We are based out of Naperville, Illinois and service up to a 50 mile radius.

Absolutely not! We gladly reschedule your event, however we require a one week of advance notice from your initial booking date. 

1. One week in advance to reschedule

2. Two weeks in advance to cancel and you will receive a full refund.
